14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee helps us cover the costs of processing returns and restocking items.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or used products for hygiene reasons
- Damaged or missing items from your order
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. The restocking fee will not apply, and we will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back.
