Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your toy for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at RishaanTulsiani@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:
- Plush toys and stuffed animals (if packaging has been opened)
